Mgr. GICP and IV&V Quality Control
About the role
Lead and manage Qualification Operations, including oversight of engineering and technical teams performing equipment qualification activities. Serve as the primary production facilitator for OPX I&C activities at the New Stanton facility. Act as the key interface between OPX I&C and manufacturing leadership to align priorities, resources, and facility utilization. Lead all OPX I&C production-related activities within the facility including EQ Lab, DRCS, and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and execution strategy for both qualification and production-related activities.
- Ensure facility readiness including infrastructure, floor space allocation, and capital equipment planning.
- Determine and execute staffing strategies to support production demand and growth.
- Ensure safety compliance including JHAs, electrical safety, and lock-out tag-out (LOTO) programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Apply to forecasting, planning, and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
- Engineering, operations, or equipment qualification environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical and operational teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in a highly regulated industry.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and large-scale production or operational programs.
- In a global, matrixed organization.
- Financial with focus on operational performance.
- Presence focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
