Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the growth and achievement of CareAllies financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 5 years’ experience in a FP&A, market finance, strategic and/or financial area
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including multi-year financial models with various assumptions and scenarios
- Independent problem solver with team-oriented mindset
- Strong presentation skills - Ability to tell a financial story and create impactful slides to drive financial understanding across the organization
- Highly analytical with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, leading to strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills and ability
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Able to manage a wide range of projects and dynamic priorities
- Able to effectively communicate technical and basic business concepts with team members and internal/external stakeholders
- Focused on compliance, risk management and process controls
- Aligned to the Company’s corporate mission/values and looking to drive innovation within healthcare for patients and other stakeholders
- Positive attitude with an excitement to learn and develop
- Supports open, inclusive culture that supports learning and encourages collaboration
Preferred Requirements
- Investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or other highly strategic role
- Experience in Health Care industry and value-based care
- Long-range planning experience with managing core financial model
- Experience owning consolidated company budget / forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners
- Experience within finance team at a small company (i.e. less than 1,000 people)
- Ability to travel as needed
Pay
The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Min To Max Range $102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
