About the role
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevels, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to foster trust and support.
- Conduct regular assessments of clinic operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.)
- BLS RN License
- Preferred Experience: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience Required: Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing
- Preferred Experience: Two (2) years' experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting
