Job Description Serves as the primary contact for customers serviced out of the branch/OpCo. Responsible for supervision of the customer service department, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous and accurate service. Interfaces with all departments to ensure customer needs are met. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
