Mgr-Back Office Technology
Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap
Defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance and technology service delivery for back-office applications and technology solutions, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, back office functional teams, and expense management platforms.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Back Office systems, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational objectives across back office functional teams
- Prioritize the product roadmap and features in alignment with enterprise business goals, compliance needs, and scalability requirements
- Partner with architects, engineers, and functional teams to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and consistent with enterprise architecture standards
- Monitor system adoption, performance, and process metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Back Office functions, technology, and vendor stakeholders, managing dependencies, sequence, and release planning across Back Office-related systems
- Communicate roadmap updates, modernization progress, and key trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in product management or enterprise system ownership, preferably in Back-Office domains
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Back Office technology platforms and other Back Office applications such as accounting, finance, treasury, sourcing, procurement, human resources, legal, audit, security, compliance, payroll, and timekeeping managing ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and other financial systems such as FP&A, accounting, or procurement tools
- Experience with implementation and support of integration tools and patterns, including application programming interfaces (APIs), MuleSoft, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data connectivity and automation
- Understanding of governance and compliance requirements, and audit readiness standards
- Strategic and analytical thinking to define product direction and evaluate opportunities for system improvement
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills to manage complex integrations and modernization of trade-offs
Preferred Skills/Knowledge
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules: Contract Management, Lease Administration/Accounting, Project Costing, Supplier Portal, and Negotiations
- Experience with implementing contract lifecycle management (CLM) and Lease Administration platforms
- Experience in ASC842 compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for contract, lease, and project costing technology
- Experience with implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Platform-as-a-Service and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration layers

Pay Range
$116,600.00 - $204,050.00 per year
