Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote manufactured housing products within your assigned region
- Engage with prospective customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with retailers, community managers, and other industry partners to expand market reach
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of manufactured homes
- Identify new sales opportunities by researching regional market trends and customer feedback
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with regional teams to meet sales targets, share market insights, and support regional marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the housing or construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and partners
- Ability to travel frequently within your designated region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Knowledge of manufactured housing products, industry regulations, or related fields
- Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
