Mgr - Application Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering projects of varying technical complexity
• Oversee solutions delivery across multiple domains and systems
• Participate in project planning and prioritization as a key stakeholder
• Ensure accuracy and feasibility of project plans while managing risks
• Review and validate data requirements for solutions and oversee quality assurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of relevant IT and business work experience
• Experience in leading teams and building relationships at various organizational levels
• Proven track record of launching and delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
