For our client, we are seeking a Mgr Applications Eng to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the administration and evolution of enterprise IT service management capabilities across a remote team environment. The position will focus on reliable platform configuration, integrations, and process governance that help internal stakeholders deliver efficient, well-controlled operations. You will partner with process owners, technical teams, and offshore contractors to improve service workflows, strengthen reporting, and support ongoing automation efforts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $109,500 – $142,500 annually Responsibilities Administer and configure the ITSM platform, including asset management and reporting Supervise a small offshore team, set performance expectations, and conduct reviews Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems for data flow Create and manage project plans and migration runbooks to keep stakeholders informed Establish configuration standards and governance for a stable ITSM environment Collaborate with process owners to translate service requirements into configurations Utilize AI tools for task automation and process improvement Troubleshoot platform issues and implement corrective measures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business- or technology-related field, or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience with enterprise IT service management platforms Experience with integrations between ITSM platforms and third-party systems, including tools such as SailPoint and Monday.com Supervisory experience, including managing offshore contractor teams Familiarity with AI tools for task automation Strong project planning and risk management skills Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into configurations Freshservice/Freshworks and ITIL certifications preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage HSA contribution and match Dependent care FSA match Uncapped paid time off Paid parental leave 401(k) match Personal and healthcare financial literacy programs Ongoing education and tuition assistance Gym and fitness reimbursement Wellness program incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
