Essential Functions
- Lead the Customer First Culture in the assigned store
- Conduct weekly management team meetings/monthly store meetings and encourage on-going open communication, feedback, and follow-up
- Create and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained management team members and sales associates
- Create the work schedule according to operating hours to make sure the store is staffed sufficiently
- Comply with Minuteman programs, policies, and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve profitable store goals
- Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against goals
- Capable of performing the required reports with an understanding of the price book
- Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development, and store success
- Maintain cigarette counts
- Secure lottery tickets per company policy and perform daily audits on the tickets
- Administer corrective action plans/conference reports(write-ups)
- Assume responsibility for assignments as needed
Work Schedule
Leaders are required to work 50 hrs. per week. Leaders are to work 1-weekend day and 1-night shift per month.
