About the role
CMO Aseptic Process Technicians IV will be required to work in controlled areas and follow specific procedures with multiple pieces of equipment in order to produce safe and effective drug products. CMO Aseptic Process Technician IV will need to follow and understand written procedures and regulatory guidance and be able to work for up to three hours with little interaction from other workers.
Responsibilities
- Operate all pieces of equipment within the production area, including set-up, troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems
- Perform equipment set-up and change-over for scheduled production run
- Utilize measurement devices such as scales, pH meters, oxygen meters and dissolved oxygen meters
- Accurately perform basic arithmetic functions including calculation of percentages
- Inspect product and monitor product quality throughout manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean work area
- Understand and utilize aseptic techniques
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while performing all job functions
- Follow good documentation practices (GDP) during the preparation and production processes
- Review Batch Production Records
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing desired
- General manufacturing and equipment operation experience desired
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Basic arithmetic
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Basic exchange of information between coworkers

Pay
Hiring Wage: $25/hr. with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
