Mfg. Production Supervisor

About the role

Maintain high-quality production standards while managing a team of workers. Supervise daily operations, ensure safety protocols are followed, and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of production workers
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize production processes
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
• Resolve production issues and provide feedback to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
