Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination
- Verify the oil and mixing process for the first batch by production supervisor or another designated employee
- Remove all knots from pre-weigh bags before loading them into the mixer
- Keep mixer door open and run mixer for an additional 10 minutes before shutting down after the last batch
- Complete the current batch before taking breaks
- Fold rubber into boxes or onto pallets
- Load raw materials onto a belt as instructed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand control screens
- Competence in reading a tape measure
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift 50lbs
