Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product line’s business plan
- Increase profitability of existing products and develop new products
- Assess customer needs and market trends
- Manage product line staff, including counseling and disciplining employees
- Determine inventory levels and production schedules
- Recommend future product offerings
- Communicate with all areas of the company and serve as the internal and external liaison
- Direct the Product Line in its daily activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with background in Thermodynamics preferred
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Motivated to work and deliver product in a timely manner
- Advanced understanding and competency in stainless steel welding and grinding operations and blue print reading

- Strong people skills combined with a mechanical aptitude
- Self-starter, goal-oriented person who aggressively pursues opportunities
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Team player willing to work hard for the common good and maximum profitability of Mueller
- Proficient in the use of all business management tools
- Proficient in terms and conditions review, clarification, and negotiation

Pay
Base Compensation Range: $152,487 - $260,834 annually
Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary base on company performance.
Schedule
Mostly over the road driving with occasional yard time and loading and unloading trucks.
