About the role
The Document Control Specialist supports quality control and manufacturing operations by managing, organizing, and maintaining critical project and quality documentation. This role is responsible for tracking records, preparing customer databooks, verifying documentation accuracy on the shop floor, and coordinating inspection schedules to ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Control Manager with daily tasks.
- Manage, track, organize, and store critical documents from multiple departments.
- Build databooks containing sensitive design and test information for customer presentation.
- Work in a shop environment to verify documentation matches actual material on the shop floor.
- Maintain a quality control calendar for scheduled inspections.

Qualifications
- Document Control or Administrative Experience preferred but not required.
- Material Test Report experience/proficiency preferred.
