Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
