Metrology Specialist

About the role

Seeking a Metrology Specialist to support Tooling, Production, R&D, and Flight Test operations. This role involves hands-on measurement activities using advanced technologies such as laser trackers, 3D scanners, and metrology arms to verify tooling and aircraft components.

Responsibilities

• Performing dimensional measurements
• Analyzing data
• Generating inspection reports
• Supporting tooling build and adjustment activities
• Collaborating with Engineering and Production teams to ensure components meet engineering and aerodynamic standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience or a technical degree

Qualifications

• Proficiency in metrology software (e.g., Verisurf, GOM)
• Knowledge of GD&T and CAD interpretation
