Responsibilities

• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
• Assist with emergency situations, including medical emergencies and security incidents.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of transit vehicles and facilities.
• Document all interactions and incidents for reporting and record-keeping purposes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus.
