Metro Mobility Driver - Non CDL

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Executing operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Providing exceptional passenger care, including assistance during boarding and disembarkation for a comfortable ride experience.
• Maintaining vehicle safety through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Strictly following company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Performing additional duties as required.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules and long periods sitting or working outdoors and indoors. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements, with a clean driving record.
