Metrics & Reporting Senior Associate - DOME - Activation (Hybrid)

The Marketing DOME Activation team empowers marketing partners to strategize, build, test, and execute impactful email campaigns for Google Cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and build target audiences
• Develop segmentation strategies, including suppression lists
• Communicate campaign performance results to diverse teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Manage lead scoring and routing
• Build reporting dashboards and ad hoc reports for marketers
• Ensure data integrity between databases and CRMs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years overall experience in SQL including building custom audience segments
• Experience in SFDC or similar CRM tools
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ESP or marketing automation tools
• Experience creating or working with APIs
• Experience developing and managing campaign dashboards
• Strong reporting skills with a focus on future campaign optimization
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of problem-solving
• Experience presenting to stakeholders
• Proficient in campaign reporting with a history of performance optimization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects

Pay

The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $78,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus or benefits.
