Basic Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and understanding of system databases, data elements and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis.
• Experience in working with data integration and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office tool suite.

Job Description

• Provide strong and supportive data and metrics to support production and non-production activities.
• Understand and anticipate the program’s needs, and drive priorities based on that information.
• Maintain and improve interactive data analytics dashboards to measure & improve operations performance.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and organizations to meet schedule objectives, ensuring that data and metrics are aligned with customer needs.
• Present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making.
• Maintain and optimize current Tableau dashboards.
• Develop and automate data pipelines/structures.
• Complete Ad-hoc research requests from senior leadership.
• Generate and document Business processes and procedures.
