Basic Qualifications

- Able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties

- Strong analytical skills and understanding of system databases, data elements, data structures and hierarchies, and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis

Job Description
You will be the Data Analyst Sr for the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) department. Our team is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that guide business decisions and improve operational performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Data Analyst Sr you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing production-planning data, turning insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting cross-functional decision-making.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to answer business questions and support PP&C objectives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual narratives that communicate insights clearly.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define problem statements, modeling approaches, and ground rules.
- Manage data quality, oversee data-scraping activities, and resolve data issues promptly.
- Track key performance indicators and support program-management tasks related to cost and schedule.

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.), Physics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis, Mathematics
- Ability to interact with the customer and senior leadership as the subject matter expert to present and work through data issues and discrepancies
- Familiar with working in a SAFe agile framework environment and in a product owner support role
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience deconstructing complex operations into component data problems for distributed work across teams
- Experience creating executive level presentations to include summary and talking points
- Experience with application of scientific methods for testing and debugging, problem resolution, root-cause analysis
- Experience in HANA and/or Oracle
- Experience in creating automated tools to adapt business processes
- Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources into the required data structure
- Experience in performing analysis via multi-criteria decision modeling including life-cycle cost analysis, performance & cost trade-offs, and business case analysis
- Experience in the reconciliation process
- Experience with impact analysis and RCCA
- Proficiency with MS Office tool suite
