About the role

The US Co-Lead (Philadelphia) is a key member of Metergy’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President & CEO and partnering closely with the US Co-Lead (New York). This leader shares P&L accountability for U.S. operations and leads a team of 75.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next phase of Metergy’s growth. The key priorities for the US Co-Lead include:

• Executing the business strategy, growth opportunity, and integration

• Culture, Technology & Service / Operations Leadership

Responsibilities

Serving as the executive owner of client relationships managed from Philadelphia (including U.S.-wide clients)

Maintaining and elevating client service and overall customer experience

Supporting critical sales moments and helping close new and existing business

Acting as a visible ambassador for Metergy with clients, customers, and industry stakeholders
