About the role

The US Co-Lead (Philadelphia) serves as a key member of Metergy’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President & CEO. This leader shares P&L accountability for U.S. operations and leads a team of 75. The role involves executing the business strategy, growth opportunities, and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive owner of client relationships managed from Philadelphia (including U.S.-wide clients)
  • Maintain and elevate client service and overall customer experience
  • Support critical sales moments and help close new and existing business
  • Act as a visible ambassador for Metergy with clients, customers, and industry stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven strengths in people leadership and development
  • Experience in utility or commercial real estate sectors
  • Technical aptitude to understand internal systems, software tools, and client building operations
  • Drive client service, operational improvement, and integration
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable performance objectives
  • Experience in business development efforts, especially within the commercial real estate sector and across new geographies

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong track record of delivering exceptional client service with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement
  • Proactive talent and succession planning skills

Pay

  • Competitive executive compensation package including base salary, short-term and long-term variable components

  • Based in King of Prussia, PA, with some travel to NYC, Toronto, and key client sites
