About the role
The US Co-Lead (Philadelphia) serves as a key member of Metergy’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President & CEO. This leader shares P&L accountability for U.S. operations and leads a team of 75. The role involves executing the business strategy, growth opportunities, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive owner of client relationships managed from Philadelphia (including U.S.-wide clients)
- Maintain and elevate client service and overall customer experience
- Support critical sales moments and help close new and existing business
- Act as a visible ambassador for Metergy with clients, customers, and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven strengths in people leadership and development
- Experience in utility or commercial real estate sectors
- Technical aptitude to understand internal systems, software tools, and client building operations
- Drive client service, operational improvement, and integration
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable performance objectives
- Experience in business development efforts, especially within the commercial real estate sector and across new geographies
Qualifications
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional client service with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement
