Meter Data Analyst

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This opportunity does not fit the traditional job model. You will leverage your practical experience with utility metering, customer operations, and energy billing systems to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of utility processes and customer data management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in utility metering, customer operations, or related energy functions, such as Meter Data Analyst or Customer Ops Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Energy Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&BS, APP, Power BI.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
