Meter Analyst

Applied Innovation is seeking a Meter Analyst to configure, maintain, and support our meter software agent. This is an in-office position, working out of our Grand Rapids Michigan, Distribution Center. Meter Analyst Responsibilities/Objectives Onboard external customers to our supported meter software agentMaintain meter environment by mapping customers, equipment, adding/removing records and conducting preventative maintenance to the system.Resolve external customer meter collection challenges utilizing an established troubleshooting process.Maintain proper documentation for historical and analytical purposes.Meet or exceed department metrics. Provide our customers with Fast, Friendly, and Amazing service. Meter Analyst Requirements Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to provide customer focused end-user support by phone, and e-mail. Experience working with the following External customersMicrosoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
