About the role

We are seeking a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of high-quality manufactured parts. This role involves hands-on work using tools, machines, and fixtures to bring parts back to specification or make them production-ready. The position emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to the process.

Responsibilities

  • Blend surfaces and add or remove material using hand tools or machines
  • Set up and use machines, fixtures, and tools
  • Modify parts to meet production specifications
  • Mix production materials as required by the process
  • Use handheld measuring tools to check your work
  • Follow production specs at all times—no guesswork
  • Keep safety and housekeeping where they should be
  • Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
  • Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
  • Comply with Company RSM requirements
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules
  • Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Show up on time and be reliable
  • Help out with other tasks around the facility as needed

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Metalworking or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring tools
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Safety-minded, dependable, and detail-oriented

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Metalworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM

Shift Differential

Employees on 2nd Shift are eligible for a shift differential of $1-$3 per hour, based on the assigned workdays.
