About the role
We are seeking a Metal Worker to support the repair and production of high-quality manufactured parts. This role involves hands-on work using tools, machines, and fixtures to bring parts back to specification or make them production-ready. The position emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to the process.
Responsibilities
- Blend surfaces and add or remove material using hand tools or machines
- Set up and use machines, fixtures, and tools
- Modify parts to meet production specifications
- Mix production materials as required by the process
- Use handheld measuring tools to check your work
- Follow production specs at all times—no guesswork
- Keep safety and housekeeping where they should be
- Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
- Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
- Comply with Company RSM requirements
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules
- Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
- Show up on time and be reliable
- Help out with other tasks around the facility as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Metalworking or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring tools
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Safety-minded, dependable, and detail-oriented
Qualifications

Pay
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM
Shift Differential
Employees on 2nd Shift are eligible for a shift differential of $1-$3 per hour, based on the assigned workdays.
