About the role

A General Production Associate / Metal Jacket position focused on inspecting pontoons for defects, repairing them, and applying a corrosion-inhibiting Metal Jacket coating. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all material for scratches and defects
• Operate small hand tools
• Apply Metal Jacket coating
• Use hoists

Requirements

• Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive attitude
• Consistent attendance
• Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules

Pay
