Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
- Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and video inspection on every vehicle; notify the Service Advisor if additional recommendations or extra time is needed.
- Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping.
- Complete required training as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the workspace and in all customer vehicles.
Requirements
- Accommodating and analytical, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy in work.
- Resourceful and seeking a high level of technical expertise.
- Unselfish and approachable, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
