What You'll Do...
- Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum components with accuracy and minimal material waste
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate custom trade show and event display structures
- Operate hand tools and larger equipment (e.g., mills, lathes, benders) to complete builds
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve fabrication challenges
- Absorb and prepare finished graphics to fabricated structures and prepare completed products for shipping
- Follow established safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
- Work efficiently within a production schedule to ensure timely order completion
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using a tape measure and making precise cuts with power tools
- Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with the construction and function of trade show/event display systems preferred
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
