Metal Fabrication Field Coordinator & Sales

About the role

Plan, schedule, organize, and direct all field personnel and field activities. Work with estimating and sales teams to present, promote, and advance business with prospective clients through proactive measures and maintain relationships with past clients through follow-up and goodwill contact.

• Supervise and evaluate craft performance
• Manage cost control, scheduling, and adherence to safety regulations
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in related craft activities (Metal Fabrication)
• Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
• Experience planning, directing, and controlling work activities
• Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once
