Schedule and Key Responsibilities
- Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations.
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remotely as Support Representative.
Field Merchandising (Approx. 60-70%)
- Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
- Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays.
- Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
- Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates.
- Build relationships with retail teams.
- Complete reporting and photo submissions.
L2 Support & Quality Control (Approx. 30-40%)
- Provide remote troubleshooting support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Own issue resolution and documentation.
- Perform quality control audits.
- Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning.
- Monitor parts and communicate trends.
Merchandising Projects
Merchandising projects start at $18.00 per hour.

Talent and Skills
- Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on follow-up and achieving complete resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven time management and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness and ability to work in field and remotely.
Work Experience and Physical Requirements
- Travel as needed by vehicle.
- Use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment.
- Mobile and able to sit/stand for 8 (eight) hours.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic understanding and ability to use power and hand-held tools.
