Meta Merchandising and Support Representative

Schedule

20-24 hours per week; Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remotely as Support Representative.

Field Merchandising (Approx. 60-70%)

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
• Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays.
• Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
• Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates.
• Build relationships with retail teams.
• Complete reporting and photo submissions.

L2 Support & Quality Control (Approx. 30-40%)

• Provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Own issue resolution and documentation.
• Perform quality control audits.
• Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning.
• Maintain parts and communicate trends.

Talent and Skills We Are Looking For

• Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on follow-up and achieving complete resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional displays, determine root-cause problems, and provide solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to work in field and remotely.
