Meta Lab Senior Retail Experience Expert

About the Role

Join our Meta Store Retail team at Westfield UTC as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life! As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events and train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager.

Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem-solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on the features and benefits of our products, including accessories.
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn, and experience the world around them.
• Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present.
• Lead and execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with attendees.
• Perform day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining interactive customer displays.
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; develop action plans with the Retail Manager when targets are not met.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.
• Familiarity with AR/VR technology.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Pay

USD $33.00/Hr.
