Meta Lab Senior Retail Experience Expert

About the role
As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem-solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products, including accessories
- Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
- Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present
- Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees
- Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: opening & closing procedures & maintaining interactive customer displays
- Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability; available to work weekends
Skills
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members
- Results and detail-oriented
- Extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well both in a team environment

Pay
USD $33.00/Hr.
