Meta Lab Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Meta Lab Retail is transforming how people connect with technology in high-traffic, premium shopping environments. Our team will bring Meta Smart Glasses and Quest mixed-reality experiences to life through interactive demos and engaging, hands-on customer moments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the location including but not limited to, opening, and closing, inventory management, logistics, retail technology, Point of Sale, cash handling & weekly and daily report outs on operational performance
• Develop and execute various operational strategies to streamline operational processes within the retail store
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team
• Lead person when the Store Director is not present
• Expert in our client’s industry leading products, sold in the retail store
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of retail management experience required 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required

• Skills And Attributes: Exemplary interpersonal communication skills including soft, written, verbal and conflict resolution Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently Ability to show patience, tact and remain calm under pressure High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking and decision making Fluent in Google Workspace Suite & Office 365 including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed

Pay

Minimum Pay USD $75,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay USD $82,000.00/Yr.

Schedule

Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed
