Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Financial Reporting Communications

Full-time, in-person role located in Monsey.

Responsibilities

• Run all portfolio sales from start to finish.
• Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
• Set up landlord reporting systems.
• Run audits and handle tax preparations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to keep transactions aligned.

Requirements

• Direct experience selling and purchasing 10+ million-dollar acquisitions in healthcare.
• Strong experience with data collections.
• Proven experience in providing and reading due diligence with brokers.
• Highly detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Pay

$90,000 – $150,000 per year.
