Mercy Fairfield - Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist

NorthStar is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mercy Fairfield. This role offers a $675k base salary, a $75K sign-on bonus (based on a 3-year commitment), and 12 weeks of PTO.

About the Role

• Join a team of 7 general anesthesiologists with equitable call and workload distribution.
• Call is taken from home with a post-call day off.
• Cases include Cardiac, general, ENT, Podiatry, Ortho, Urology, and more.
• Mix of supervision opportunities.
• Strong local support system of anesthesiologists at other Mercy sites with ample opportunities for internal moonlighting and additional income.

Mercy Health – Fairfield Hospital provides comprehensive services, including heart care (from EKGs to open-heart surgery), robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgery, maternity care, high-risk fetal medicine, acute inpatient rehabilitation, an award-winning emergency department, and a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence.
