We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content exists. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections based on content. We have position details: Supervisor of Merchandising, on-site, full-time, exempt, location Virginia Beach, VA, reports to Director of Merchandising, servicing zip code 23454. Compensation: Competitive Wage $60,000. Direct Reports: Part-Time Merchandisers (with potential oversight of some Full-Time Merchandiser Leads). Schedule: Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule. Travel: Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory. Requirements: list bullet points. Summary Of Responsibilities: with percentages and details. Goals & Objectives: bullet list. Physical Requirements: details. Environmental: details. About The McClatchy Media Company: description. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe summary of role?), Responsibilities (the Summary Of Responsibilities and Goals & Objectives?), Requirements (the bullet list), Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? but we can have Qualifications separate if content). Skills: maybe list of skills from requirements. Benefits: from About McClatchy section. Pay: compensation $60,000. Schedule: schedule and travel info. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content goes where. Let's extract: - About the role: could be a brief prose summarizing position: "Supervisor of Merchandising on-site position servicing product in multiple stores and traveling between them. Full-Time, Exempt. Located in Virginia Beach, VA. Reports to Director of Merchandising. Servicing zip code 23454 and surrounding areas." - Responsibilities: include Summary Of Responsibilities (with percentages) and Goals & Objectives. - Requirements: bullet list of 1-3 years supervisory experience required, general merchandising experience preferred, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, able to multitask and detail-oriented, conduct self professionally, adherence to attendance policy, reliable transportation, ability to use Movista and/or other company-required applications, mobile device, proficient with Word, Excel, internet, email, employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (no THC), MVR clearance. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we could treat Qualifications as education/experience? Not given. Could skip Qualifications if no distinct content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So if we don't have separate qualifications beyond requirements, we may omit Qualifications. - Skills: could list specific skills: interpersonal, communication, multitasking, detail-oriented, professional conduct, use of Movista, Word, Excel, internet, email, etc. But that overlaps with Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to put skills within Requirements or separate? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we can choose to include Skills if we have distinct content. However the requirements already list skills. Might be better to have Requirements section covering experience and qualifications, and Skills section covering specific abilities. But we risk thin sections. We could have: Requirements (experience, education, etc.) and Skills (specific abilities). Let's see if we can split: Requirements bullet list includes "1-3 years supervisory experience required. General merchandising experience preferred." That's experience/qualification. Then "Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to multitask and detail-oriented. Conduct self in a professional manner. Adherence to the company’s attendance policy. Reliable transportation for travel. Ability to use Movista and/or other company-required applications. Mobile device. Proficient with Word, Excel, the internet, and email applications. Employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance." Those are skills/requirements. Could split but both are substantive. Given instruction to prefer few sections, maybe we combine all into Requirements section and omit Skills. But we need to include Skills heading only if we have content distinct. Since we can argue that the list includes skills, we could still put them under Requirements. That's fine. Benefits: from About McClatchy: healthcare coverage for employees and families, financial protection, multiple no-cost wellness resources, coverage for four-legged friends, 401(k) with employer match, competitive paid time off and holidays, variety of mental health benefits. Also mention McClatchyLivewell.com for more info. Pay: Competitive Wage $60,000. Schedule: Assigned stores serviced on designated weekdays according to established schedule. Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory. We also have Direct Reports: Part-Time Merchandisers (with potential oversight of some Full-Time Merchandiser Leads). Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might fit under Responsibilities (People Management). Already covered in People Management: hire, train, manage, coach merchandiser workforce. So we can incorporate. We need to preserve all substantive info: we must not drop any. Let's structure:

    Competitive wage: $60,000.

    Schedule

Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule. Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.

We should not include Physical Requirements, Environmental, About The McClatchy Media Company (we used benefits but not the description about McClatchy). The description about McClatchy is substantive; we could include an "About the company" section but not in headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed; we could put that info under Benefits? But it's not benefits. Could we add an "About the company" heading? Not allowed per instruction: only use those headings. So we must incorporate that info somewhere else, maybe under Benefits? But it's not benefits. Could we put under About the role? That section is about the role, not company. Could we add a separate paragraph after Benefits? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, but likely we should only use those headings. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should stick to those headings. The company description could be placed under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could be placed under About the role? Might be okay to include a brief note about the company within About the role. But we already have About the role focusing on the position. Could we add a sentence about McClatchy within About the role? That would be mixing but still okay. However we risk losing substantive info if we omit it. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. So we must include the McClatchy description somewhere. Since we cannot create a new heading, we can add a paragraph after Benefits or within Benefits? But Benefits heading is for benefits; adding company description there would be misleading but still a

under Benefits heading. Might be acceptable as it's still under Benefits heading but not a benefit. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding unrelated content under Benefits may be considered thin? But it's still substantive. Alternatively, we could put the company description under About the role heading, as it's about the role within the company
