Merchandising Manager

About the role

The Merchandising Manager will lead the content and merchandising efforts for our Austin, TX operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and inventory management
• Monitor and analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in merchandising and content creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or a similar role
• Proven track record of successful merchandising initiatives and results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with merchandising software and tools is a plus
