Merchandising Coordinator, Global Women's Bottoms

About the role

The Merchandising Coordinator, Levi's® Global Women's Bottoms supports the global merchandising team with data entry, sample management, and day-to-day activities in the global product development cycle. Reporting to and partnering with the Senior Merchant, T2 Global Women's Bottoms, and supporting the Global Merchant for Collections, this role ensures data-entry integrity, manages samples, creates and maintains merchandising tools, contributes to product development activities, assists with meeting materials, and performs administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems.
• Responsible for sample organization and management for assigned global product categories.
• Create and manage merchandising tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Contribute to aspects of Product Development activities.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials and supporting the merchandising team.
• Perform administrative work as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
• Retail or relevant merchandising experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of PLM a plus.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications (Adobe Editor, Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills across teams and levels.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Passion for product and the consumer.
• Basic understanding of retail math.

Qualifications

• Hybrid work schedule based in San Francisco, CA headquarters.
• Expected to be in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday.
• Location: San Francisco, CA, USA.
• Status: Full-time.
• Salary Range: $53,500 - $70,000 per year.
