Merchandiser Stocker

About The Role

• Stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts; may be required to cover routes as assigned
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory (products are delivered in advance to stores)
• A company-issued phone with a programmed app is provided to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time, 4:00 AM start until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Thrives working independently on assigned tasks while also enjoying interaction with people at work
• Prefers to stay active and is excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in your work

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $22.51 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $23.69 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
