Merchandiser Lead

Job Overview

The Merchandiser Lead is a full-time position in Lenexa, KS, available immediately. The role involves covering multiple routes, coordinating deliveries, and building relationships with retail store personnel.

Position Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4-week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires.
• Handle majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.
• Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $21.95 per hour.
• Higher rate of $22.96 per hour in the quarter after 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
