Territory
- Achieve sales objectives through effective territory management, promoting current and new products, executing promotions, conducting in-store tastings, and servicing accounts.
- Execute merchandising activities including shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories.
Job Requirements
- Work experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, or liquor store experience, is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in a professional manner.
- Capable of lifting up to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on communication and problem resolution.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently within given time parameters.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to achieve business goals.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Power BI, and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and MVR.
- Possess reliable transportation with valid insurance.
- Local candidates are preferred; no relocation package provided.
Pay and Benefits
The expected pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
