Merchandiser
About the role
The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Stock and display our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
- Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
- Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in territory; however, responsible for personal transportation of products.
- Receive products in advance from the company; use company-issued phone with app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Thrives working independently on assigned tasks and looks forward to interacting with people at work. Prefers to stay active and is excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Takes pride in work and is detailed-oriented.

- Pay starting at $18.58 per hour. Moves to $19.58 per hour in the quarter after 6 month anniversary.

Total Rewards
- Starting pay: $18.58 per hour
- Higher rate after 6 months: $19.58 per hour
