Merchandiser

About The Role

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper brands (7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others) on shelves/coolers at large retail accounts within the assigned territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts; may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory (products are delivered in advance to stores; no product transport required).
• Use a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out for shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time
• 6:00am until work is finished
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Pay

• Starting at $23.07 per hour
• Moves to a higher rate of $24.32 per hour in the quarter after the 6-month anniversary
