Merchandiser

About the role

Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They're on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores placing just the right products, building displays, and working with store personnel – right in their own community.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams

Requirements

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Waltham, MA 02451 and also servicing Watertown, Wellesley, Chestnut, Auburndale, and Newton

Qualifications

Pay Range: $17 - $18/hr
Daytime hours and a predictable schedule
12-15 HOURS PER WEEK
Quarterly performance incentives
