About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Maintain and operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in regular maintenance checks
• Support daily operations and production schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a food service or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Basic understanding of baking processes and equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Proficient in using bakery equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
