Key Duties
- Model and support customer experience practices
- Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote loyalty programs
- Follow merchandising procedures and standards for merchandise preparation
- Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
- Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail experience preferred
