About the role
Mercer County Technical Faculties (MCTS) and America Synthetic Intelligence Institute (USAII®) are proud to announce that all participating college students have successfully completed the USAII® Ok-12 Certified Artificial Intelligence Prefect (CAIP™) program, achieving a remarkable 100% certification completion rate.
Responsibilities
- Introduction to foundational concepts of artificial intelligence
- Emphasis on practical applications and ethical considerations
- Exposure to topics including: synthetic intelligence fundamentals and real-world applications; machine learning and deep learning; computer vision and natural language processing; responsible and ethical AI practices; AI project lifecycle and problem-solving methodologies; Python programming basics; data structures and computational thinking; and emerging trends shaping the future of AI and technology
Requirements
The program aligns with MCTS's broader effort to provide high-quality artificial intelligence training and prepares students for future coursework, internships, industry-recognized credentials, and careers in AI-related fields.
Qualifications
The CAIP™ certification is designed specifically for high school students and is globally recognized. It provides learners with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, deep learning, augmented and virtual reality, and Python programming.

Completion of the program equips students with the skills needed to become the next generation of responsible AI innovators, demonstrating both academic excellence and a willingness to embrace the technologies that will shape the future of work.
