About the role
The University of Indianapolis is seeking a MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) for the Facilities Department. This position requires 3 years of commercial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalency, and a diploma in HVAC/R or universal EPA certification. A valid driver's license is also required.
Responsibilities
- Respond and fulfill maintenance requests via tablet in work order system
- Preform maintenance on all HVAC/mechanical systems on campus
- Repair electrical and plumbing systems
Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial maintenance experience
- A high school diploma or equivalency
- A diploma in HVAC/R (preferred)
- Universal EPA certification (preferred)
- A valid driver's license
